Grief Coaching is a way to work through your grief. To move from actively grieving to grieving without guilt or feeling as though you are leaving your loved one behind. Release yourself from the grips of despair and allow yourself to be lifted out of the darkness. We can turn your pain into purpose. We will build a bridge from the darkness and  reignite your light . 

One of the most frequently asked questions I have received is, “How do I know if grief coaching is for me? ” Experiencing such a great loss instantly changes your world as you know it.  Many things happen at once, your world as you know it immediately changes. You are in a state of shock. It may feel as though your “brain is broken.” Your heart shatters into a million different pieces, leaving you in the energy of despair. 

You finally reach a place where you want more out of your life than just existing. You  might feel a glimmer of light, a gentle nudge, you know your loved one wants more for you. You just don’t know how to get there…

This is the space where a grief coach can help fill in the gap. Working together to get you into a better place. You can still grieve and remember your loved one. You can move from a place of sadness and despair into a healthier, lighter  you.

"Time Heals All Wounds"

“Oh, you just need time.” or “Give it time.” These sayings are just not true. Time will not heal you of your heartbreak and it definitely won’t bring your person back. What time does do is it gives your body, your “system” the perfect amount of minutes, days, months and sometimes years to process the trauma you experienced. It gives your body time to move out of shock and into acceptance. Acceptance is an important part of the grief journey. Your body and energy will reach for your loved one, it will continue to search for what’s familiar. Time will give you new routines. Yes, it can feel like you are being forced to move. At some point, the old routine just won’t work anymore. You can still mourn the old routine, you can miss your old life but if you are here, then you want something more. 

A good, licensed therapist and grief group can be a great place to start when you first experience the loss of a loved one. Start by looking in your area.

Moving from actively grieving to grieving isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay . If you are in a place where you want more from your life and you have accepted that creating a better life experience is what you want but you just don’t know how to get there. We can start working towards bringing more joy and love into your experience. It really does start with you, choosing you. We use tools that have helped us out on our own journey with grief. It is definetly possible to move from actively grieving to grieving. You can choose from two options to get started today.

Your grief coaching session will be uniquely designed for you. It may include energy healing, if energy healing isn’t something you want to try (yet) we have other tools such as self-improvement tools, relaxation techniques and so much more. We put in place different ways to assist you on your grief journey. We won’t know exactly which ones are the best fit for you until we meet. You are not alone,  you don’t have to walk through this one more day feeling lost or confused about what to do next.
